Terms & Conditions

1. Ben's IT Services charges a minimum of $130  for callouts and $130 per hour for general services unless quoted otherwise.

2. Ben's IT Services generally charges based of a quoted price. Any travel costs involved are charged at $1.80 per KM. If your location is within the 5558 postcode travel charges are waived.

3.  In light of the complexities associated with technology, I kindly request your understanding in allowing me an additional hour beyond our scheduled appointment time for me to arrive.

4. Please note that if you are unable to attend your appointment, and do not inform me at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule, a fee of $55  will be invoiced. If I arrive at your location and you do not show travel fees will also be added. ​

5. You are responsible for your data.  In the rare event of any data loss, Ben's IT Services is not responsible.

6. Warranty coverage is offered for all physical products. However, refunds are not available for digital goods. For services rendered, refunds or a partial refund may be provided at Ben's IT's discretion if the services fail to resolve the issue. In the event that your device is replaced under warranty, you will be responsible for configuring the new device. Ben's IT can assist with setting up the replaced device for an additional fee.
